Emil took great care and time to thoroughly investigate the cause of the F10 error code on our dishwasher. Rather than stopping at the immediately visible issue—a torn door seal—he carefully explored all possible causes of the problem. He ultimately discovered that the issue was a cracked hose in the pump, which was difficult to access. Had we simply replaced the door seal, the problem would not have been resolved, resulting in additional time, expense, and another service call. We greatly appreciate Emil’s diligence and the time he took to properly diagnose the issue from the start.

We had issues with both our washer and dryer. We called Pegasus and Sergei came the following day. He had the part on hand and the dryer was fixed the same day. He also cleaned tonnes of lint out of the body of the dryer (we clean our catcher and vent frequently) that can only be accessed when the drum is removed. The washer required a part be ordered, Sergei returned the next business day to install it. Reasonably priced, prompt service and everything is now working well. Great experience, highly recommend.

This company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I requested an appointment through their online portal because it was after hours on a Saturday. The promised phone call came the next morning (Sunday) and an appointment was booked for Monday, a 2 hour window. The repairman Sergey sent me a text when he was 20 minutes away. He arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the problem and explained everything. He had to order a new part - it's a 12 year old washer but well built. He said it might be Thursday - he ordered the part immediately, right there on his phone. Well I got a call Tuesday afternoon, part has arrived, with an appointment for Wednesday at Noon! Same situation, Sergey showed up right on time, did the repair, tested everything. A very friendly guy and Excellent work! Considering the 2 visits, the part, and the excellent service, the price seemed fair to me. Thanks!

Excellent service from Pegasus. I was so happy the technician had the replacement part available and could complete the repair same visit. My dishwasher is built in and difficult to align. I used Pegasus services before, for different appliance for my rental property. Easy to communicate and set up appointments, knowledgeable technicians in both occasions (this time was Gregory - thank you Gregory), repairs completed quickly. The only minor issue was that my tenant was seemingly not very pleased that he had to help remove and re-install the washing machine and dryer (stacked setup). I wish we were explained the need to remove the appliances to set repair at different time - in order for me to be there, or ask Pegasus to send a crew of two. Overall great service though, would definitely use their services again.

I had issue with my Viking fridge and Pegasus sent technician Gregory and found issue with invertor which was replaced and i called them after the installation for ice accumulation and they were prompt in sending Greg again to check and ensure all working properly and hope it does but what I was impressed was the helpful nature of Gregory and efficient service and response by Pegasus to send Greg again. Was my first time using Pegasus and I would use them again. Everything about the service was professional and reliable. Emil was an experienced technician and knew what he was doing. The repair involved a Miele dishwasher. Emil diagnosed the problem in consultation with Miele. The parts were ordered from Miele. Within a week, the new parts were installed and dishwasher was back to 100%. It doesn't get much better than that.

Pegasus Appliance Repair sent Adrian to resolve an issue with my recently installed dishwasher (by my renovations plumber), where the dishwasher was rocking in and out when loading or unloading dishes. Adrian is very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it. He re-installed the dishwasher and secured it in place. He also ensured the corrugated plastic drainage hose was straight, without any kinks to prevent breakdown and future leaks. Adrian is awesome!
