Third time we have used Pegasus. Twice for a fridge/freezer repair and once for our clothes dryer. They are reliable, quick, and priced well. I like the fact that their service call fee is waived if you go ahead with the repair. Emil is trustworthy and honest. I dont like the fee charged for using a credit card. I think its a part of doing business, even for small companies. Hoping I dont need you again any time soon! But will reach out only to Pegasus if needed.

Emil was great! Fast and well done job on a very tricky fridge repair. The freezer was frozen shut. It required a Herculean effort to open it followed by technical expertise to discover the issue and replace the leaking ice cube maker. Thought I might have needed a new fridge. Whew!

We had a problem with water dripping in the refrigerator and freezing. I watched lots of YouTube videos but decided to leave it to the experts. We chose Pegasus because of the great reviews. We were not disappointed. Peter was fantastic. A very knowledgeable person. Explained everything, provided a quote and was able to do the service immediately. We think of plumbers and repair people as being over priced. Frankly, experience says you get what you pay for. No disappointment with Pegasus and Peter. Well worth the prompt and friendly service. Amazing service. My fridge stopped cooling. I called for service and Adrian came out the same day! He diagnosed the problem immediately, ordered the part on the spot - this was Friday at noon and he had the part by Monday morning. Our 15 year old Kenmore refrigerator stopped working early this morning. I called at 8:00 am and had a technician (Sergei) arrive by 10:00 am. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He hoped he would have it the next day. 2 hours later he was back with the part. The repair was completed by 1:30....same day. You can't get much better service than that! Very highly recommended!

My experience with Pegasus Hamilton was absolutely phenomenal right from the first phone call I made. Due to a massive power outage my 10 year old Samsung fridge stopped cooling. The receptionist at Pegasus arranged for a technician on the same day I phoned. Emil arrived. He was very professional, prompt and totally honest. He gave me a point by point explanation as to what was wrong, what had to be done, cost of part and labor etc. While he was here he also asked if I needed servicing for any other appliances and went on to give free advice about dishwasher, freezer, washing machine and dryer. He said my fridge had to be defrosted and explained about ice build up. He came back the following week and proceeded to fix the issue. He even blessed my fridge and said "May your fridge have a long life". It meant so much to me because I'm the kind of person who doesn't have a throw away mindset!. I'll definitely phone Pegasus for future help if any appliances need them. They are polite, efficient, very honest and most importantly Emil is so confident. He is skilled, knows what to do and works fast.

I called looking for service for my broken fridge. They were extremely helpful. After I explained what was wrong they suggested my fridge was probably under warranty and I should first check this out with the manufacturer. They also offered me same day service if in fact it wasn't which was amazing since I had already contacted other repair places and they couldn't help for at least 2 weeks. The pricing was better than most. Will definitely be contacting them if I have any appliance issues in the future.

I called in the morning and they were able to send someone out in the afternoon to look at my broken refrigerator (the place i called first told me they could schedule me for a phone consultation next week) Emil was friendly, professional and willing to help. Told me he needed to order the part and the repair would be scheduled within the next day or two. Pegasus repaired our freezer quickly and professionally. They made a service call the same day and diagnosed the problem. They received the parts the next day and returned to complete the repair. They quoted a price right after the diagnosis and told us it could be higher if more parts were found to be needed but no extra labour would be charged. The final bill was $28 higher because we needed to replace a broken fan. I would definitely use Pegasus again and recommend them to our friends.

Called this company due to the review online. They do good work and can come out pretty quickly but you will pay a pretty penny for that. Found this quite a bit more expensive than other companies and also expensive for parts. Fridge needed a sensor that would cost the average consumer 16$ plus tax to order and pick up locally. I was charged 45$ plus tax. I understand making money. But charging 230 labor and also 45$ for a part that they would pay less than 16$ for is quite a bit extensive. Again the work was done well and the tech was friendly. But be prepared to pay. Would not use them again for that sole reason.
