Cancellation Policy


If you plan to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we must be given at least 3 (three) business hours notice from the start of the appointment.

For instance, if your appointment is between 12pm-2pm we must be informed the same day before 9 am.

When you call after hours, please DO NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. Only a live agent will cancel a service request, and you will receive a cancellation code over the phone.

It is the customer’s responsibility to receive confirmation, time, and date of cancellation.

Should these measures to cancel an appointment not be taken, the cost of the service call is $99+HST will be charged.

Payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
