Cancellation Policy

At Pegasus Appliance Repair, we understand that plans may change. To keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure fair availability for all customers, we require proper notice for cancellations and rescheduling.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

You must notify us at least 3 (three) business hours before the start of your appointment window.

Example: If your appointment window is 12 PM – 2 PM, you must contact us before 9 AM the same day.

Important:

  • Do NOT leave a voicemail to cancel. Voicemails, texts, or emails are not accepted as cancellation notices.
  • A cancellation is only valid after speaking directly with a live agent.
  • You will receive a confirmation of cancellation from our staff. If you do not receive confirmation, the appointment is considered active.

Same-Day Bookings

If you book an appointment less than three hours before the scheduled window, you may cancel within one hour of booking.

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

If you fail to follow this Cancellation Policy—including insufficient notice, missed appointments, or attempting to cancel by voicemail—the full service call fee will apply:

$99 + HST

This fee must be paid within 24 hours of the originally scheduled appointment time.

Our technicians reserve dedicated appointment windows for each customer. Late cancellations result in lost time and prevent other customers from receiving service. This policy ensures fairness and efficient scheduling for everyone.
