If I book service today, how long will it take a repair technician to arrive?

Speed is our top priority. If you send us a message, we’ll call you back within 15 minutes. We’re typically able to schedule an appointment at your home within the same day, or the next day at the latest.
What happens if my appliance is not repaired?

If your appliance is beyond repair, you will not have to pay for repair services, you will only be charged for the service call. But know this: our experienced team will do everything they can to have your appliance fixed.
Will my appliance be repaired on the spot?

More often than not: yes. Our experienced technicians arrive with a van that’s stocked with all the parts and equipment commonly needed to repair most appliances.

If we need to come back another day with the part or the right tool, we won’t charge for additional visits
