Dimitri is an owner/operator who clearly takes pride in his business and workmanship. I appreciate being able to call him directly to explain what the issue is and to arrange an appointment with him directly vs calling a large company and having to speak to an operator who sends a random service person each time. Can’t ask for more. The technician was neat and clean, polite and professional. Made sure to clear the area before starting the repair. The issue was a burned connection on one of the boards. Gave me a price for a new board and a price for its repair, I cheaped out and he soldered the old board. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks!!
