I was very pleased with the service I received for the repair of my dryer. I called and a serviceman ,Peter, arrived the next morning. He quickly found the issue, had the part on hand, and made the repair. He also spotted another part that was wearing from age, machine is 16 years old, and recommended replacing it as well, to save a future call back. Highly recommend this company for your repairs.

Our Sub-Zero fridge suddenly stopped cooling, and we were pretty stressed thinking all the food would go bad. We called Pegasus Appliance Repair, and they were able to come out the very same day. The technician figured out the problem really quickly and, luckily, had the part right in his truck. He fixed it on the spot, and our fridge was cooling again before he left. It's not often you get service this fast and efficient anymore. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. We're very happy with the experience and wouldn't hesitate to call Pegasus again. Thank you for the amazing service!

We had an excellent experience with Pegasus Appliance Repair. Gregory was knowledgeable, professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem with our Kenmore dryer. He ordered the required part and returned the very same day to complete the repair. The service was prompt and efficient. We really appreciated his expertise and would not hesitate to recommend Pegasus Appliance Repair to anyone in need of reliable appliance service.

Emil is very experienced with fridge repair and quickly diagnosed why ours wasn't cooling. A part was ordered, and he returned another day to install and our fridge is now running smoothly. I appreciate that he took extra time to answer questions about some of our other appliances. It was a pleasant experience and I would call them again.

As many of the reviews I read have stated, they promptly replied to my online request for service, offered same day service, but I needed to do a different day due to my own availability. Peter called ahead to let me know he was coming and quickly suspected a clog vs a broken part. Before he proceeded, he quoted me the price, went ahead and found the source of the problem, removed it and put it all back together and tested it multiple times before leaving. I'm sure others would have told me the pump was broken and needed replacing and charged me unnecessarily. Peter also provided some good insights into current appliances in general and I was very happy with his visit.

Whatever you guys do, don't lose Igor!!!! He is absolutely fantastic installer, repairman and person. The price was reasonable; his recommendations were thoughtful and considerate; communication with Pegasus, myself and repairman was flawless. My wife, my daughter and myself have to rate Pegasus and my repairman/installer (Igor) 5+ stars!

I am very happy that we hired Pegasus to resolve a long-standing issue with our dryer that no other repair person seemed able to rectify. Turned out the issue was incredibly simple, so we did not pay anything beyond the initial assessment fee. Excellent service, very capable technicians, and finally a solution. From my first call to the follow up after the service, every step with Pegasus was efficient, professional and well executed. We were able to get a same day appointment and Emil was amazing. He was able to pinpoint the issues quickly, had parts ordered and even asked if there wasn’t anything g else he could help with, so he repaired our refrigerator ice machine as well, all in one visit. We had a very strange hole in our dishwasher that created a leak. He located it, repairs it with epoxy rather than suggesting a new dishwasher. I received a call the next day that the parts arrived and he returned the same day to install them. He was quick, funny and made the experience easy and pain-free. And the cost was fair. We would absolutely recommend Pegasus and have already spread the word with friends and neighbours. Thank you for caring and keeping great service alive!

Excellent service, Peter came out diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts from the west coast, he came back and installed it, up and running again within 7 days. Very happy with the service and communication, now we can use the wall oven again. Thank you very much Pegasus.

Third time we have used Pegasus. Twice for a fridge/freezer repair and once for our clothes dryer. They are reliable, quick, and priced well. I like the fact that their service call fee is waived if you go ahead with the repair. Emil is trustworthy and honest. I dont like the fee charged for using a credit card. I think its a part of doing business, even for small companies. Hoping I dont need you again any time soon! But will reach out only to Pegasus if needed.

After researching many appliance repair companies and talking to a few, I settled on calling Pegasus after reading their reviews and responses from the owner. They are also registered with the Better Business Bureau, where many repair companies are not. They also fix Samsung fridges which not everyone fixes. Anyways, the admin staff who booked my appointment was great! She booked a day-of appointment and she ensured that it worked with our hectic schedule. The technician (Igor) came over today and he was so helpful! He texted me before coming over and was on time. My dog even liked him! He quickly diagnosed the potential problem (common issue with Samsung fridges), but also noted that the fridge might be fine after we defrosted it. He was very knowledgeable. I asked so many questions and he took the time to explain things to me. He gave me the option to go forward with the fix or to wait and see what happens. I really appreciated that he didn't force or sway me into fixing it - it's hard to find truly honest people these days! I decided to wait and see what happens and I was happy to pay the service fee for his time and advice. He also gave me some tips on our dishwasher, free of charge. Thank you Igor for your help today! I'll definitely be calling Pegasus and Igor for any future appliance problems (sorry in advance because I know that I ask sooo many questions!).

I have a Maytag Fridge that is over 35 years old and I had a control setting for the Freezer and Fridge that needed to be replaced. I had called on Pegasus Appliance Repair to see if Gregory was available who had worked on my Fridge previously and I was very satisfied for his professional services in the past and now. It's hard to find quality people to do any work these days. My experience with Pegasus Appliance Repair is giving me hope! Sergey came to install our dishwasher and over the range microwave. Right from the second he stepped inside the door, I knew we made the right choice. Sergey was very polite.. Clean.. Explained the process, installed without any issues and didn't mind me hovering over his work. I'll do that to anyone! I'd highly recommend this company for your appliance repairs or installations. Emil took great care and time to thoroughly investigate the cause of the F10 error code on our dishwasher. Rather than stopping at the immediately visible issue—a torn door seal—he carefully explored all possible causes of the problem. He ultimately discovered that the issue was a cracked hose in the pump, which was difficult to access. Had we simply replaced the door seal, the problem would not have been resolved, resulting in additional time, expense, and another service call. We greatly appreciate Emil’s diligence and the time he took to properly diagnose the issue from the start.

We were very satisfied with the service we received from Pegasus Appliance Repair. As promised, we heard back from them mere minutes after submitting a service request, which was followed up by a visit from a service repairman on the same day. After quickly sourcing the authentic Bosch part, our dishwasher was back to its old reliable ways. Gregory, the repairman, was both professional and respectful. We were happy that he was able to perform both the diagnostic and repair work.

When our washing machine broke, Pegasus replied to my inquiry quickly. They were also able to send a technician right away. Emil was no-nonsense and was able to pinpoint what parts needed to be replaced. He couldn't repair it that day because one of the parts needed to be ordered from BC, but when the part arrived, Emil returned right away to complete the repair. We're very happy with the service we received and the results, as our washing machine has been working perfectly ever since.

Very impressed with the service received. Greg came out within a few hours of the call that my fridge -freezer was not working. He spent time to diagnose the problem and suggest a way forward. He ordered a spare part and took time to check the apparatus was working following its installation. The payment details and process were transparent. No surprises.

They were very quick to reach out when I submitted a contact form. They had someone out the next morning to look at my washing machine, and Peter was friendly and quick to diagnose the issue. Thank you for fixing our ice maker on our JennAir fridge! We got a same-day appointment with Pegasus, and Gregory returned with the part in just two days to complete the repair. Great communication throughout — we were always informed when he was on the way. Excellent service!

Simple to set up appointment with the virtual assistant- so simple I was skeptical it was true that the same day I called, they had the appointment for the service. I was given a time with a reasonable 2 hour window and was contacted by text to be updated 30 minutes before they arrived. Peter professionally diagnosed the problem with the dryer heating element not working, showed me and found that he had the replacement part with him and had the repair done and the dryer put back together. That was the most efficient repair I’ve ever had. I only found out it was broken that morning at 8:30am and by noon it was fixed. Will share my great experience with Pegasus!

The problem was with a Kenmore Elite dryer. First Pegasus Appliance Repair responded almost immediately to my request for service and it was taken care of within hours. Gregory, the technician was great, he stayed in touch with me (I was not at the residence) sent me pictures of the problem, had the part required to fix available, cured the issue. Yes, it was a bit expensive but, there were no surprises with the costing. Very pleased all round.

Had an issue with our dryer, reached out to Pegasus and they were able to come out that day. Michael showed up and was on time, very pleasant and knowledgeable about the problem. He ordered the parts and returned 3 days later and performed the repair. Price was as quoted and the repair done in a clan timely manner. Pegasus Appliance Repair has been wonderful every time we have needed urgent repairs.
