Third time we have used Pegasus. Twice for a fridge/freezer repair and once for our clothes dryer. They are reliable, quick, and priced well. I like the fact that their service call fee is waived if you go ahead with the repair. Emil is trustworthy and honest. I dont like the fee charged for using a credit card. I think its a part of doing business, even for small companies. Hoping I dont need you again any time soon! But will reach out only to Pegasus if needed.

Simple to set up appointment with the virtual assistant- so simple I was skeptical it was true that the same day I called, they had the appointment for the service. I was given a time with a reasonable 2 hour window and was contacted by text to be updated 30 minutes before they arrived. Peter professionally diagnosed the problem with the dryer heating element not working, showed me and found that he had the replacement part with him and had the repair done and the dryer put back together. That was the most efficient repair I’ve ever had. I only found out it was broken that morning at 8:30am and by noon it was fixed. Will share my great experience with Pegasus!

The problem was with a Kenmore Elite dryer. First Pegasus Appliance Repair responded almost immediately to my request for service and it was taken care of within hours. Gregory, the technician was great, he stayed in touch with me (I was not at the residence) sent me pictures of the problem, had the part required to fix available, cured the issue. Yes, it was a bit expensive but, there were no surprises with the costing. Very pleased all round.

I would recommend Pegasus Appliance. Our clothes dryer broke the day before New Years Eve and Peter, the Tech, came the same afternoon to diagnose the problem. He was courteous and efficient and explained and showed me the part that was broken. Pegasus kept us informed of when the part was arriving and came back as soon as they had the part. Our dryer died a couple days before Christmas and most places I called were booking for the 30th and 31st. Pegasus was able to get Igor out to our place within a few hours. We had an awesome experience and I can't recommend Pegasus / Igor enough! Our dryer randomly stopped working. It would turn on but not start. Igor quickly found the problem and replaced the parts. (which he had on hand) Upon completion the dryer was making a bit more noise than usual to which Igor said if it doesn't completely go away after a few cycles to call him back as it was possibly the new part breaking in. I ended up having to call him back and he once again, quickly fixed the issue at no additional cost to me. His amazing customer care is greatly appreciated. In both instances, they came out within a few hours of me calling as well. Highly recommended and will use again.

I called Pegasus for a very loud dryer noise. The first technician, Sergei, came out and worked on the machine but wasn’t able to resolve the issue. Pegasus then sent a senior technician, Emil, who did his best to diagnose and repair the dryer, but unfortunately the noise still continued afterward. Even though the repair didn’t end up fixing my dryer, Pegasus kept their word on billing. They refunded everything except the service call itself, which I think is completely fair. I appreciate that they didn’t charge me for parts or work that didn’t solve the problem. I’m still not sure what’s ultimately wrong with my dryer and may need to replace it (thankfully, it is Black Friday weekend) but I do want to say that Pegasus stood by their work and handled the refund responsibly. Because of that, I would recommend them.

Our dryer needed repair due to loss of heat . Pegasus service man arrived promptly and explained what the problem could be; fuse, blocked vent duct , or a new heating element. He was very knowledgeable and showed me the problem. The required part was ordered and arrived a few days later as promised. I received good service at a good price.

I used Pegasus services before, for different appliance for my rental property. Easy to communicate and set up appointments, knowledgeable technicians in both occasions (this time was Gregory - thank you Gregory), repairs completed quickly. The only minor issue was that my tenant was seemingly not very pleased that he had to help remove and re-install the washing machine and dryer (stacked setup). I wish we were explained the need to remove the appliances to set repair at different time - in order for me to be there, or ask Pegasus to send a crew of two. Overall great service though, would definitely use their services again.

Was really pleased to get same-day service to have my dryer cleaned out of all the lint, not impressed that they charge $99 for an assistant to help the technician to move the dryer (I had my son assist so didn't pay this fee).The technician arrived an hour late and didn't seem to know why he was there and refused to pull my dryer out of the cabinet and clean the back of it which was the most important part. I had to call them back to finish the job.

Great service, easy to work with, reasonable prices. My mother's dryer had been failing intermittently for months - tumbled fine but no heat - so on a recent visit to her I called Pegasus to get service. I was very impressed by the speed of getting an appointment (next day after a late day call to the office). Emil called within the appointment window they gave me, arrived on time, was very amusing (not a requirement in a technician, but awfully nice!), and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Sadly, our very old dryer needed a part that had to be ordered, but Emil came back with the part in a couple of days and fixed the dryer. I could not be more pleased with this company.

Dryer was not working, it needed a new door switch. They spent about 20 minutes fixing it and charged $347 including tax. With a $30 discount and only a 30 day warranty. Part was $85. Service was good but price seems excessive for a 20 minute (max) job.

I received an error code on my dryer yesterday and it wouldn't stop running unless I opened the door and wasn't producing any heat. The usual appliance repair company could not come out for 3 days and then would likely need to order parts. So I searched for someone locally and was impressed with Pegasus' 5-star rating with over 40 reviews. They were actually very close to my home so I called and explained the situation. They were able to send Adrian over that same afternoon. He quickly diagnosed that it was the main powerboard that was the problem. After looking for a replacement he said it was not available and was a special order which would take a few days to get in. He said he could try to reset the board which he did and amazingly it fixed the problem. The dryer is running perfectly again and I may end up ordering the board anyway just to be safe, but I'm very pleased with the service this company provided and they are less expensive than the company I normally use who are also very good. Adrian was on time, very efficient, communicated everything that he was doing and a pleasure to have in my home. You will not be disappointed with this company and I will hire them again if the need arises.
