Why Choose Pegasus for Appliance Installation?
Most installation problems don’t show up right away. We regularly see appliances fail months later due to improper setup—restricted airflow, incorrect electrical connections, or poor leveling. That’s why we approach installation differently.
-
Installed Properly—Not Just Connected
We follow manufacturer requirements for clearances, airflow, leveling, and electrical connections—so your appliance works as intended from day one.
-
Upfront Pricing, No Surprises
Most installations are priced before we arrive. If your setup requires additional work, we explain it clearly before proceeding.
-
We Know What Goes Wrong
As a repair company, we regularly deal with issues caused by poor installation. That experience directly informs how we install—so you don’t run into the same problems later.
-
Clear Scope From the Start
We’re upfront about what’s included and when additional work may be needed. No guesswork, no unexpected changes mid-job.
What Customers Say About Our Appliance Installations
When Installation Requires More Than a Standard Setup
Not every installation is straightforward. In many homes, existing setups don’t meet current requirements or manufacturer specifications—and some installations require more than one technician to complete safely and properly.
In some cases, this isn’t always clear until we see the space in person. Tight cabinet openings, heavy built-in units like wall ovens, or ventilation and electrical limitations can make the job more involved than a standard install.
We regularly come across situations where a second technician is needed to safely position, lift, or secure the appliance without risking damage to the unit or the surrounding cabinetry.
If additional work or assistance is required, we explain everything clearly before proceeding. No unexpected changes—just a proper installation done safely and correctly.

Frequently Asked Installation Questions
Here are some common questions we receive about appliance installation:
-
Can you provide a price before the visit?
In many cases, yes. Standard installations can often be quoted over the phone or by message. If your setup is more complex, we may need to assess it on-site before confirming the final price. In that case, a $99 service call applies and goes toward the installation if you proceed.
-
What is included in the installation service?
Our installation includes proper setup according to manufacturer requirements—leveling, secure mounting, electrical connection, and basic testing to ensure the appliance is working correctly. Any additional work required due to the existing setup will be discussed before we proceed.
-
Do you remove the old appliance?
We can disconnect and uninstall the existing appliance as part of the service. However, we do not take old appliances away for disposal. If removal from the property is required, please arrange disposal separately.
-
What if the installation turns out to be more complicated?
If we find that your setup requires additional work—such as electrical adjustments, cabinet modifications, or ventilation issues—we’ll explain the situation and provide options before proceeding. No unexpected work is done without your approval.
-
Do you install gas appliances?
No, we currently install electric appliances only. If you’re unsure about your appliance type, feel free to ask before booking.
