From my first call to the follow up after the service, every step with Pegasus was efficient, professional and well executed. We were able to get a same day appointment and Emil was amazing. He was able to pinpoint the issues quickly, had parts ordered and even asked if there wasn’t anything g else he could help with, so he repaired our refrigerator ice machine as well, all in one visit. We had a very strange hole in our dishwasher that created a leak. He located it, repairs it with epoxy rather than suggesting a new dishwasher. I received a call the next day that the parts arrived and he returned the same day to install them. He was quick, funny and made the experience easy and pain-free. And the cost was fair. We had a problem with water dripping in the refrigerator and freezing. I watched lots of YouTube videos but decided to leave it to the experts. We chose Pegasus because of the great reviews. We were not disappointed. Peter was fantastic. A very knowledgeable person. Explained everything, provided a quote and was able to do the service immediately. We think of plumbers and repair people as being over priced. Frankly, experience says you get what you pay for. No disappointment with Pegasus and Peter. Well worth the prompt and friendly service. He also did a repair to the dishwasher. We would highly recommend Pegasus for any of your appliance repairs.

The refrigerator just suddenly stopped working. I just searched online and was very fortunate to have found Pegasus. I could have done the booking online, but chose to call in and the person who took my call, Anna, Was so courteous and helpful. Pegasus was able to send a technician on the same day and they came right on time. The technician, Gregory, Texted me directly as to when he was arriving, and after he did the assessment, he communicated what the problem was. We agreed that he would look for the Part that needed to be replaced. The next day, I got an email from head office advising that the part has been located And I was provided with an estimate for the purchase of the part and the installation. I chose to pay the invoice in advance to expedite although usually I will wait until the work is done, of course. Pegasus was able to schedule Gregory on That second day and again he came on time and was able to fix the refrigerator. I greatly appreciate the convenience of contacting Pegasus and I’m grateful for how responsive they were. Everybody I dealt with was very courteous and professional. The warranty on the work itself It’s only for 30 days and I guess I wish it was slightly longer. Of course I understand that if something else goes wrong, that’s a different matter altogether. Based on my experience, I would suggest people give Pegasus a try. My experience was a very positive one and I will use them again in the future, but hopefully that time too soon ha ha

Very responsive! I called on a Thursday morning and Gregory came around noon. He efficiently had our Refrigerator taken apart and analysed the problem. Our 15 year old Kenmore refrigerator stopped working early this morning. I called at 8:00 am and had a technician (Sergei) arrive by 10:00 am. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He hoped he would have it the next day. 2 hours later he was back with the part. The repair was completed by 1:30....same day. You can't get much better service than that! Very highly recommended!

Gregory is a professional, courteous and very accommodating gentleman. He fixed our over 35 year old Maytag Refrigerator. The coils were frozen solid and had to be thawed, and a new sensor installed. These days, it's difficult to find a company that can repair appliances effectively and at a reasonable cost. We are pleased to report that we have discovered a solution to this problem in Pegasus Appliance Repair. We called Pegasus a few weeks ago to repair our dishwasher. Émile, from Pegasus, did the job efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Consequently, we contacted Pegasus to repair and restore our Sub-Zero refrigerator. I called in the morning and they were able to send someone out in the afternoon to look at my broken refrigerator (the place i called first told me they could schedule me for a phone consultation next week) Emil was friendly, professional and willing to help. Told me he needed to order the part and the repair would be scheduled within the next day or two. Later that evening, i was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Emil letting me know he was able to locate the part, and was willing to come THAT EVENING to fix it (I didnt have a back up refrigerator, so this was a huge help) Would use them again 🙂

Adrian is a true professional and Great Guy who was able to restore my workhorse Sears Kenmore Washer of 30+ years even though the parts are no longer available and fixed my newer Samsung Refrigerator that has a factory design flaw where ice builds up on the back of the fridge and the drain freezes - He knew exactly what to do by first deicing the fridge completely and adding a long heater wire to the inner back panel and looped down the drain - no more icing - problem solved - Adrian was literally a God Send! My LG bottom freezer refrigerator stopped working Sunday morning. Called Pegasus to see if repairman could come see if it could be repaired. Not ALL repair professionals will look at an LG. Emil was at my home in the afternoon, first sending me a text he was on his way. fridge was definitely dead, but Emil was so kind, courteous and empathetic he asked was there anything else he could do. I said yes, please put up 2 outdoor flags for me. My husband passed and they were yet to be put up. He did it with pleasure. Thank you Emil, you were wonderful. I found new fridge that afternoon. I was extreme impressed with the service I received at Pegasus when my refrigerator started acting up. My call for help resulted in the repairman arriving at our home within a few hours. Within an hour the repairman had identified the problem, fixed the problem (without having to replace a part or parts) and we had our refrigerator back up and running – good as new. The repairman was highly competent, well mannered and was able to explain so that I could understand the cause of the problem – a key component had frozen shut and needed to be unfrozen and adjusted. I highly recommend Pegasus – this was not the first time I had called on them and both times the service was excellent (my previous issue was with my washing machine).

Had problems with my Whirlpool dryer and Electrolux refrigerator in a span of 3 weeks. I sent a request for service and was promptly acknowledge by phone with a service date and 2-hr time window request the following day. Steven updated me on the day of the service through text message of the exact time he would arrive and was prompt. Very knowledgeable, experienced of the appliances and quickly identified the root cause of the issues for both appliances (came for 2 separate services), and issues resolved & repaired. Adrian arrived promptly @ time designated…..frig clicking on/off & making funny noises.Difficult to diagnose exact problem but expect faulty inverter module. The replacement part is available…..would return early next morning to install or possibly later today. Surprisingly 2 hrs later Adrian returns…..installs new part. Regrettably the issue not fixed…determined the control module relay switch not working……this part no longer available as frig over 10yrs old. Too bad. Having paid 50% of estimated cost was informed refund would be forthcoming….only charged for the service call. The next day received reimbursement via interac transfer…. While repair not possible the quality of service call was excellent as was followup on return of overpayment. Have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Pegasus.
