Emil was great! Fast and well done job on a very tricky fridge repair. The freezer was frozen shut. It required a Herculean effort to open it followed by technical expertise to discover the issue and replace the leaking ice cube maker. Thought I might have needed a new fridge. Whew!

We found Pegasus by searching on Google and are we happy we did. My Dad had an issue with some water leaking from his dishwasher and Emil arrived to try and figure out where the leak was coming from. He was completely professional, he was thorough and very knowledgable. After over an hour of tearing the machine apart, nothing was leaking for Emil. Today it leaked a little bit again and so Emil came back, same day, and helped once again and went above and beyond once again. He didn't charge for the second visit either! So impressed with his services, highly recommend this company. As he left each time he asked my Dad if there was any other appliances he could help with too! Top Notch company! And very reasonable rates, especially for Seniors!

I called Pegasus on a Thursday evening and they booked me an appointment for the next day. On Friday I was given a time and was surprised that Emil arrived on time. You don't see that very often. He was very respectful of myself and my flooring. Boots off at the door. Told me what was wrong with the stove oven. He searched and found me the best price for the needed part. had a problem with a door latch on our LG washing machine. Called them at 6 pm on a Sunday, they answered the call and scheduled a service call the next Day. Adrian, the tech arrived, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and back to us within 3 days. My LG bottom freezer refrigerator stopped working Sunday morning. Called Pegasus to see if repairman could come see if it could be repaired. Not ALL repair professionals will look at an LG. Emil was at my home in the afternoon, first sending me a text he was on his way. fridge was definitely dead, but Emil was so kind, courteous and empathetic he asked was there anything else he could do. I said yes, please put up 2 outdoor flags for me. My husband passed and they were yet to be put up. He did it with pleasure. Thank you Emil, you were wonderful. I found new fridge that afternoon. Courteous response to my call, and scheduled a technician to visit my home in a timely manner. Emil was on time for the scheduled appointment, fixed my Bosch dishwasher that I thought may need replaced, and did a great job in explaining the work he was doing and what had lead to the issue in the first place.
