The problem was with a Kenmore Elite dryer. First Pegasus Appliance Repair responded almost immediately to my request for service and it was taken care of within hours. Gregory, the technician was great, he stayed in touch with me (I was not at the residence) sent me pictures of the problem, had the part required to fix available, cured the issue. Yes, it was a bit expensive but, there were no surprises with the costing. Very pleased all round.

This is a top rated company. The tech was early Spoke Great English was super polite. Their automated booking system was flawless. Their not the cheapest but it’s well worth it and it’s refreshing to deal with professionals. Not the clowns we called before. Hard to find quality in the city but they delivered. The refrigerator just suddenly stopped working. I just searched online and was very fortunate to have found Pegasus. I could have done the booking online, but chose to call in and the person who took my call, Anna, Was so courteous and helpful. Pegasus was able to send a technician on the same day and they came right on time. The technician, Gregory, Texted me directly as to when he was arriving, and after he did the assessment, he communicated what the problem was. We agreed that he would look for the Part that needed to be replaced. The next day, I got an email from head office advising that the part has been located And I was provided with an estimate for the purchase of the part and the installation. I chose to pay the invoice in advance to expedite although usually I will wait until the work is done, of course. Pegasus was able to schedule Gregory on That second day and again he came on time and was able to fix the refrigerator. I greatly appreciate the convenience of contacting Pegasus and I’m grateful for how responsive they were. Everybody I dealt with was very courteous and professional. The warranty on the work itself It’s only for 30 days and I guess I wish it was slightly longer. Of course I understand that if something else goes wrong, that’s a different matter altogether. Based on my experience, I would suggest people give Pegasus a try. My experience was a very positive one and I will use them again in the future, but hopefully that time too soon ha ha

I called Pegasus for a very loud dryer noise. The first technician, Sergei, came out and worked on the machine but wasn’t able to resolve the issue. Pegasus then sent a senior technician, Emil, who did his best to diagnose and repair the dryer, but unfortunately the noise still continued afterward. Even though the repair didn’t end up fixing my dryer, Pegasus kept their word on billing. They refunded everything except the service call itself, which I think is completely fair. I appreciate that they didn’t charge me for parts or work that didn’t solve the problem. I’m still not sure what’s ultimately wrong with my dryer and may need to replace it (thankfully, it is Black Friday weekend) but I do want to say that Pegasus stood by their work and handled the refund responsibly. Because of that, I would recommend them.

The experience was beyond my expectations! The process was easy from the inital call for service through to the end of the service call, and the pricing was very fair. Usually the service coordinator make promises the technician can't fulfill. Not in this case. I was told to expect a ping at a specified time, it came. The ping from Sergey who told me the time he would be here, and he was. The diagnosis, was quick and the resolution immediate. Sergey noted a secondary problem, and that too was rectified. When pressed for a longer term prognosis on my dishwasher, Sergey provided a knowledgeable confident response. I am more than pleased and would call Pegagsus again should I have other appliance issues. A note to Pegasus, nice hire getting Sergey on your team!

The Pegasus service person (Sergei) was over to the our house the very next day after we put in the service order. He was on time and he got the matter fixed promptly. This was good new to us because we have an uncommon brand of fridge - not every service tech has seen this type of fridge.

Had an issue with microwave and called Pegasus in the afternoon, got an appointment for 1st thing next morning. Gregory texted his ETA and arrived on time. He trouble shot and replaced the faulty door switch in under an hour. Ran several tests to confirm normal operation and we were operational again.
