After researching many appliance repair companies and talking to a few, I settled on calling Pegasus after reading their reviews and responses from the owner. They are also registered with the Better Business Bureau, where many repair companies are not. They also fix Samsung fridges which not everyone fixes. Anyways, the admin staff who booked my appointment was great! She booked a day-of appointment and she ensured that it worked with our hectic schedule. The technician (Igor) came over today and he was so helpful! He texted me before coming over and was on time. My dog even liked him! He quickly diagnosed the potential problem (common issue with Samsung fridges), but also noted that the fridge might be fine after we defrosted it. He was very knowledgeable. I asked so many questions and he took the time to explain things to me. He gave me the option to go forward with the fix or to wait and see what happens. I really appreciated that he didn't force or sway me into fixing it - it's hard to find truly honest people these days! I decided to wait and see what happens and I was happy to pay the service fee for his time and advice. He also gave me some tips on our dishwasher, free of charge. Thank you Igor for your help today! Emil took great care and time to thoroughly investigate the cause of the F10 error code on our dishwasher. Rather than stopping at the immediately visible issue—a torn door seal—he carefully explored all possible causes of the problem.
He ultimately discovered that the issue was a cracked hose in the pump, which was difficult to access. Had we simply replaced the door seal, the problem would not have been resolved, resulting in additional time, expense, and another service call.
We greatly appreciate Emil’s diligence and the time he took to properly diagnose the issue from the start.

We found Pegasus by searching on Google and are we happy we did. My Dad had an issue with some water leaking from his dishwasher and Emil arrived to try and figure out where the leak was coming from. We had a problem with water dripping in the refrigerator and freezing. I watched lots of YouTube videos but decided to leave it to the experts. We chose Pegasus because of the great reviews. Service to repair our BOSCH Washing Machine was quick and efficient. It took the technician, Sergey less than 5 minutes to determine the issue and the replacement part that was required. The experience was beyond my expectations! The process was easy from the inital call for service through to the end of the service call, and the pricing was very fair. Usually the service coordinator make promises the technician can't fulfill. Not in this case. I was told to expect a ping at a specified time, it came. The ping from Sergey who told me the time he would be here, and he was. The diagnosis, was quick and the resolution immediate. Sergey noted a secondary problem, and that too was rectified. When pressed for a longer term prognosis on my dishwasher, Sergey provided a knowledgeable confident response. I am happy with the repair service so far. I had an issue with the circulation pump motor. Dishes were not cleaned properly, and there was a motor-struggling sounds coming from the dishwasher.
First appointment was scheduled on the same day and a received a quote at end of it. After two weeks, the landlord accepted to proceed with the repair. Pegasus team ordered the part, and it arrived after week.
The technician was professional, and left the area clean after finishing.
I also liked that they had an internal app to track information about services: appointment, payments, automatic emails with the receipt and estimates.
Our Miele dishwasher would not drain and had an error code. We now discovered that not all appliances repair companies service Miele dishwashers but Pegasus did so I gave them a call. Gregory ( the technician ) diagnosed the problem and clearly explained what the problem was and the payment system they use. Turns out we needed a new pump. The entire repair was fully documented with parts , labour and what the bill would be. The pump was ordered and installed. Gregory is a great technician and super polite. i had a issue with my fagor commercial dishwaher in my restaurent .called this company they send me the technecial next day early morning . adrian was help ful he come out with the solution.its takes him about 20 minute to dignose and fix . its been few days so far its working good but their pricing is very expensive just conform before they come. i been charged 370 for that . after i consult with another provider i been charged more for that job he did. its almost 5 hr working money for there kind of trade.

My experience with Pegasus Hamilton was absolutely phenomenal right from the first phone call I made. Due to a massive power outage my 10 year old Samsung fridge stopped cooling. The receptionist at Pegasus arranged for a technician on the same day I phoned. Emil arrived. He was very professional, prompt and totally honest. He gave me a point by point explanation as to what was wrong, what had to be done, cost of part and labor etc. While he was here he also asked if I needed servicing for any other appliances and went on to give free advice about dishwasher, freezer, washing machine and dryer. He said my fridge had to be defrosted and explained about ice build up. He came back the following week and proceeded to fix the issue. He even blessed my fridge and said "May your fridge have a long life". It meant so much to me because I'm the kind of person who doesn't have a throw away mindset!. I'll definitely phone Pegasus for future help if any appliances need them. They are polite, efficient, very honest and most importantly Emil is so confident. He is skilled, knows what to do and works fast.

The repair involved a Miele dishwasher. Emil diagnosed the problem in consultation with Miele. The parts were ordered from Miele. Within a week, the new parts were installed and dishwasher was back to 100%.

Pegasus Appliance Repair sent Adrian to resolve an issue with my recently installed dishwasher (by my renovations plumber), where the dishwasher was rocking in and out when loading or unloading dishes. Adrian is very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it. He re-installed the dishwasher and secured it in place. He also ensured the corrugated plastic drainage hose was straight, without any kinks to prevent breakdown and future leaks. Adrian is awesome! I would highly recommend Adrian and Pegasus Appliance Repair for any appliance repair needs. This is my new go to for any appliance issues.
Customer service was great, very responsive. Gregory came and did really good work to replace leaking hoses on my dishwasher. Very efficient. The price was on the high side at almost 400 (235 for labour and another 100 or so for parts plus tax). They only warrant their work for 30 days though and charge 2.5% processing fee for using a credit card.
Great company. I needed a dishwasher control board. They were there promptly to diagnose the issue and replaced the board. Unfortunately it was a different component and there was a delay beyond their control. Igor was great and took care of the problem. Will be recommending to anyone in my area. 5 stars.
To remove the old dishwasher and install the new one, I contacted Pegasus Appliance Repair. They responded quickly, and Adrian came to my house twice. He was enthusiastic, friendly, and professional.
